Sending a Headcase into the world.
We take a little extra care when sending a Headcase into the world. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect its shape, structure and delicate details while in transit.
Australian orders are sent by tracked post for a flat A$25, added at checkout. Studio pick-up is free.
All Australian orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Any estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery is subject to their processes and timeframes. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Studio collection & courier
If you're local to Melbourne, Headcase pieces can also be collected in person from the Headcase studio by arrangement.
Prefer to organise your own courier? No problem. You’re welcome to arrange a courier to collect your piece from the studio at a mutually agreed time. Courier arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the client.
Please get in touch before arranging your courier so we can make sure your Headcase is ready and appropriately packaged for collection.
International shipping
We currently offer international shipping by special request. If you’re outside Australia and have your eye on a Headcase, please get in touch and we’ll provide a shipping quote.
